Perioral Dermatitis (Eczema around the mouth)

What can I use for Perioral / Periorbital Dermatitis

Thank you to our client for sharing photos of her condition with us. She had been suffering with Periorbital Dermatitis for many years and has tried, as she perceives it, every medication, potion or lotion possible with no result, some products actually making the problem worse. A friend (a true friend in need is a true friend indeed!) gave her a bottle of Axhilirit Eczema Oil to try, with the photos showing the result after using the Axhilirit Eczema Oil for three weeks.

What is Periorbital / Perioral Dermatitis?
This skin condition is identifiable by a rash consisting of small bumps (1-2mm) that form around the mouth, nostrils, eyes or on the forehead with the skin slightly reddened by a low-grade inflammation. This condition is normally found in women between the ages of 20-45, but may also affect children, men and the elderly. Other symptoms include a burning or stinging sensation, but no itching.
The exact cause of this condition is unknown, but it has been found in many cases that the symptoms appear after the use of topical steroid creams on the face to treat an unrelated condition. Other facial creams, soaps or facial products may also trigger the condition.

Treatment as advised by Health Care Practitioners:
Discontinue use of any steroid containing products that are topically applied.
In severe cases a 6-12 week course of antibiotics is prescribed.

Acne, Adult Acne and Acne Scarring in South Africa

Rejuvinit Beauty Oil New International Packaging
Rejuvinit Beauty Oil - Old RSA Packaging

What can I use for Acne, Adult Acne and Acne Scarring in South Africa

It is with heartache and regret when I see teenagers, young people and some adults plagued with acne problems bypassing our table at the market, not interested in being assisted by a humble bit of oil that might (in 95% of cases) solve their problem.

But it is always the individual's choice to find help, to see a physician, to look at alternative methods of relieving their conditions.

Rejuvinit was developed specifically to clear up the third degree burn scarring in my wife's face. While treating her scarring, she noticed that her hormone related acne, severe menorrhagia, pms and mood swings started becoming less and by the second month we no longer had a [dragon] in the house!

Have you ever wondered why it is stated not to use essential oils during pregnancy? It is because certain natural ingredients may have an effect on the endocrine system and may bring your hormones into balance. You do not want this when you are pregnant or want to become pregnant. So, please do not use Rejuvinit containing products during pregnancy.

As for the acne, adult acne and acne scarring. A dab of Rejuvinit may assist the user in clearing up their skin. We have found that in moderately affected people, three to six weeks is the average timeframe you are looking at and about three months with severely pitted skin.

Teenagers have a different, difficult journey. They are still hormonal, their bodies growing up and most acne is a result of 'raging hormones'.
In boys we suggest direct application of Rejuvinit and when the spots are under control, massage a drop of oil into the glands behind the ears every second or third day.
For girls, it is best to use the Rejuvinit on a daily basis by either applying the oil directly to the spots, as a general beauty oil to the whole of the face, or applying two drops of oil to the skin on the abdomen (over the ovary area and uterus) to assist with painful periods.

My daughter has experimented with Rejuvinit, abstaining from using the Rejuvinit for one month resulting in heavy bleeding, severe cramps and an unusual acne breakout. She told me that she was not going to do this to herself again. So another bottle of Rejuvinit was ordered by her.

As most people use about two drops of Rejuvinit per day, it is an economical alternative to expensive products. 5ml of Rejuvinit contains approximately 125 drops of oil.

So, next time you see us at a market, step over and have a chat. We might just be able to assist you as well.

What can I use for Assistance with Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW)

Axhilirit E (Eczema) Moisturising Oil - New International Packaging
Axhilirit E (Eczema) - Old RSA Packaging

What can I use for
Assistance with withdrawal of topical steroids (TSW)

Early on in developing Axhilirit for my wife's eczema we discovered that it assists in removing cortisone and steroids from the area where it was applied.
At first this was a severe hamper in our struggle with assisting eczema sufferers as some would have flare-ups after the initial use of Axhilirit, blaming it as a sensitivity response to the natural ingredients.
After some clients had the fluid tested, confirming that the Axhilirit assisted the skin in releasing the steroids, we now inform clients that they may expect a detoxing effect for a few days when starting on the products.
So far, about 70% of clients that used Axhilirit did not need to return to any substances or medications and have reported that their symptoms were under control or have not resurfaced.
Some unlucky clients, like my wife whose eczema is triggered by stress, follows a minimal maintenance regime to keep the flare-ups under control.
Keep in mind that everyone is an individual and should search for the best solution for themselves.
Our combined search for the ideal products for my wife took 15 years.

What can I use for Eczema, Dermatitis and other auto immune related skin conditions?

What can I use for Eczema, Dermatitis and other auto immune related skin conditions?

Axhilirit© Eczema Oil and Cream

As stated in my previous post, these articles are aimed at creating more awareness of the products that we manufacture and market, but will also include alternative methods, products and assistance as no two people are the same and react and respond differently to different treatments and approaches.

The first thing a person needs to do when experiencing a persistent problem with rash-like symptoms of the skin is to seek advice from a qualified medical practitioner in order to diagnose the problem, if not the cause. That is half the fight won, for knowledge of your condition will give you power over it.

The first course of action of most medical practitioners is to prescribe cortisone and/or steroid treatment. Educate yourself about the short term relief and long term negative aspects involved in using these products, and then make your choice to use these products or not.

If you are fortunate enough to find out what triggers your condition, do your best to avoid them (I know, it is logical, but some of us find it hard to break our habits). The next is to find your nearest supplier of Axhilirit© Eczema Oils and Creams, and start applying them as soon as possible. More information is available at http://www.healing-oil.co.za/product-info/axhilirit-eczema-products. These products were specifically developed to treat itchy and dry skin conditions, and treats them with a high rate of success. In most cases, about 70%, the symptoms do not return. In the 30% of cases where the client does suffer a relapse or recurrence, the symptoms are milder with longer periods in between outbreaks/flare-ups.

It is advised to avoid contact with chemicals to the skin as far as possible, so try to use soaps and shampoos that are glycerin or naturally based. In addition, it can also help to change your lifestyle to accommodate your condition. These changes can include your diet, supplement intake, elimination of certain foodstuffs, changing the detergent or fabric softener you use, and reducing your stress levels.

Other natural products that you can try that are known for not inducing any negative effects include the well-known gel of the Aloe Vera plant. This gel can be squeezed from the leaves and directly applied to the skin, or use a product that contains Aloe Vera. Calendula lotion is also a good alternative, but be careful to choose a product that has a high concentration of Calendula and little or no potentially irritating ingredients. Organic cold pressed Olive oil has been used by many as a moisturizer that also treats eczema and related conditions.

But first and foremost, use Axhilirit© Eczema oils or cream before trying anything else.

What can I use for Eczema: Tanna's Axhilirit Eczema Story

Tanna’s Axhilirit Eczema story
My 18 year old daughter came back from a weekend away about two years ago with little blisters on her fingers.   The GP said it looked as if she had been bitten by bed bugs and gave her medication which did not help.  Within a few days she had blisters on her feet…. And so the eczema journey began.
I have literally spent thousands and thousands of Rands on various attempts to help her.  These include:
$1·         Four different types of cortisone creams and other creams from the doctor
$1·         A series of visits to a dietician to assess her reaction to various foods
$1·         Four months of weekly visits to a doctor for acupuncture
$1·         Visits to and natural medications from an iridologist
$1·         Visits to a doctor practicing in homeopathy
$1·         And when her blisters were so bad under her feet that she could not walk, visits to the GP for cortisone shots.
All of the above seemed to make a slight improvement, but only for a few weeks and then we were back to square one.
My husband found the Natural-oils website while trying to research ways of controlling eczema.
The final crunch came in July this year, just after her June/July exams.  She is a very contentious student and stresses a lot at exam time which makes her eczema worse.  This time, it came out on her hands, feet and face.  She refused to go to school. I ordered the Axhilirit Eczema Cream and this product has been the most successful of all my attempts to help her.  I wanted to share the following photo’s with you to show you how it worked.
Pic 1 was taken on 13 August 2013, (the day my order arrived) before any Axhilirit Eczema Cream was applied. You can see that her face was inflamed.
Pic 2 was taken on 14 August 2013, 24 hours after the first application of the Axhilirit Eczema Cream
Pic 3 was taken on 15 August 2013, 2 days of Axhilirit Eczema Cream applications
Pic 4 was taken on 19 August 2013, after 6 days of Axhilirit Eczema Cream applications
Tanna has continued to use the Axhilirit Eczema cream and we are so grateful, she has just finished writing her matric finals AND the dreaded stress related part of her eczema outbreaks was kept at bay.
Thank you for this truly amazing product!

What can I use for Blog Introduction

Hi Everyone

After being inundated with 'What can I use for . . . ' questions, I decided to start this blog in order to assist people in pointing them in the right direction.

Of course I am going to be biased and can only speak about what my own products can assist you with, but this is an open forum and anyone with advice, or alternatives is welcome to contribute to the information by leaving comments.

Please do not be rude or undermining and give everyone a fair chance as not all products work for everyone.

We have clients that we rather refer or advise to try other products as our products may not be suitable for them.

These clients would be appreciative to be able to have alternative avenues to try and sort out their skin disorders.

The use of the information on this blog or forum is for consultative purposes only and not meant to be used for diagnosis or to substitute the advice provided by a healthcare professional.

Kind Regards

Ronald
